You've made your mind up to find out more about overseas medical treatment, What happens next? First you need to contact us and we will provide a estimate of the operation cost.
To obtain an official quote we require an administration fee of 100 US dollars. Once we have that fee we will find the best quote for you and provide you with an official quotation for the medical procedure.
We do not mark up the medical treatment. The quote we pass to you is the same quotation that we receive from the hospital.
Then we will need to arrange your travel plans. You can book your flight through us if you wish. See below for the levels of service we provide. We have found that many of our customers like us to arrange all of the little details of the treatment, see our service options below.

| We will need you to fill out a small questionnaire so that we can ascertain the right sort of hospital match for you. Once we have that we will request your medical data which in the strictest confidence will be passed to appropriate doctors for your condition.
The medical professionals will then provide us with a quote and we will liaise between you and the doctors as to any further medical data that is required. |

You can customise the level of service we provide you. We offer four levels of service, Casual Traveller through the Premium customer. See below for details.
Casual Traveller
For customers who know what they want when they want it. You don't need us to arrange things for you, you already know exactly what you want.
This is the no frills level.
Value Seeker
At this level we will provide the most competitively priced treatment, but perhaps with a little less luxury. You need value, that's why you are travelling overseas in the first place! Still it is all a little worry for you and you would like us to arrange things for you.
At this level, we will provide pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Transport to the hospital. We will arrange a good deal for your flight and hotel and aim to get maximum value from your choices.
There is no extra fee for this level of service.
Luxury Traveller
The luxury traveller wants luxury. They want excellent medical care and the best in entertainment whilst abroad.
As well as all the benefits of Silver service, such as hospital and airport pick-up and drop-off. We can provide a translator if required and will arrange luxurious and cost-effective flight, travel and entertainment.
At this level we charge a small extra fee of 100 USD to cover our expenses. We will also acquire quotes from private hospitals for your consideration.
Premium Customer
Nothing is too good for this customer. They want the highest quality of luxury that Singapore can offer. They want the ultimate in medical care and service. At this level no request is too small.
