At MediCuria we take privacy very seriously. We deal with deeply personal medical data and as such we have a very robust privacy policy so that you can feel secure in your dealings with us.

We only collect medical data (any data pertinent to your medical condition and any data generated that applies to your medical condition) that is required by the doctors to assess your condition. We treat the medical data in the strictest confidence and will destroy our copies of your medical data within 1 year of the completion of your operation or treatment.
We will keep anonymous records of the treatment performed, its cost, the results and the success of the doctor and hospital, but we do not keep private medical data. We keep this data for our own statistical purposes and it will be strictly anonymous. |

We will never sell or pass along your contact details (including address, name, email and other identifying details) to a third party outside of the MediCuria group. We will need to pass your details along to the hospital that performs your treatment. MediCuria is not responsible for the privacy policy of the hospital who will have their own arrangements for the privacy of their patients. We can provide a copy of the hospitals privacy policy upon request.
We may from time to time send you information and request information from you to research the operations' success. But we promise to keep these intrusions to a minimum once our service obligations are complete.

We will maintain copies of any correspondence for 1 year after the completion of the operation. After the 1 year expiry we will delete all copies of our and your correspondence.
We may monitor and derive survey data from your correspondence. This data remains strictly anonymous and will only be used internally for service improvement. |

| For a nominal fee of 30 USD we will provide you with copies of all of the data we possess and all our records concerning your data. If, after an exhaustive search we have no data concerning you or have destroyed our copies we will waive the fee. |

| We do not store your credit card data on our server at all. All our transactions are handled through our in house Visa/Mastercard system. We will never ask for your credit card over unsecured email and will only accept purchases through our secure web server. |
