We consult medical professionals to determine the suitability of the procedures and we make clear the risks involved in medical treatment abroad. Medical treatment abroad may not be covered by your medical insurance in your home country.

Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the Medicuria or other third party.

We do not sell or share your information to any third party at any time without your permission. The protection of our user's personal information is extremely important to us. Therefore, we have adopted a privacy policy outlining our personal information collection and use practices. Please refer to it for details about how we collect and use personal information from users of this Site. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site, and you should periodically consult this Site to stay apprised of any such changes.

All participants will be required to make payment through Credit Card to confirm the booking. Four weeks prior to departure a 20% deposit of the total procedure price will be required to reserve booking.

| Medical treatment cancellations |
|
Cancellations made 1 (one) month before the medical appoinment will be entitled to a full refund minus the 100 USD administration fee. Cancellations 1 (one) week before the medical appointment will be entitled to a partial refund of the cost of treatment, refunding 90% of the cost of the operation. Cancellation 24 (twenty-four) hours before the operation will bear 50% of the cost of the operation with the difference refunded. These conditions may be waived due to exceptional medical reasons. In these cases you must provide documentary evidence of the medical reason and the full cost of the operation will be refunded.
You are entitled to cancel your medical operation but keep your travel arrangements.
Changes to the date of operation can be made up to 7 (seven) days before the date of operation. Changes within 7 (seven) days of the operation can also be changed due to valid medical reasons for which we require evidence. For valid medical reasons we will move the date of the operation at no extra charge with the exception of 24 (twenty-four) hours before the operation appointment when our normal cancellation conditions will be enforced. |

| Cancellation of travel arrangements |
|
Cancellations to flights made 1 (one) month before date of travel will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the flight. Cancellations closer to the date of travel will be entitled to a refund of 90% of the cost of the flight. Cancellations 24 (twenty-four) hours before the flight will bear the full cost of the flight with no refund. Missed flights will also bear the full cost of the flight with no refund.
Cancellations to hotels made 7 (seven) days before date of travel will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the hotel. Cancellations within 7 days will bear the full cost of 1 (one) full night stay at the hotel with the difference refunded. No shows will bear the cost of 1 (one) night of stay with the difference refunded.
Amendments can be made to your travel arrangements up to our discretion and within our power to change. Changes due to medical reasons will be made with no increase in costs at the discretion of Medicuria. |

All travelling patients should have travel insurance that covers accidents and medical problems whilst overseas. Medicuria can advise you on suitable insurance packages.
Medical treatment may not be covered by your travel insurance plan. Please carefully scrutinise your travel insurance plan to make sure it covers accidents during medical treatment overseas.
Insurance is crucial before you travel. If you don't have travel insurance don't bother coming. We will not accept your application and will reject your medical appointment and refund you according to our usual cancellation policy (see below). Medicuria may ask to see copies of your medical travel plan before travelling to Singapore. Failure to produce a copy of your insurance may lead us to cancel your appointment and we may proceed according to our usual cancellation policy. |

| All participants must be in possession of a valid passport before and during their time of travel. Depending on the length of the visit, a Visa or may be required for Singapore. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. We will provide visa information where applicable. |

| If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. |

| Medicuria is a registered company in Singapore and we are bound by the laws of Singapore. You agree any disputes will be settled in and according to the laws of Singapore.
